Weve booked a hotel in Sydney through them as one of TripAdvisors recommended travel companies. Now they seem to have disappeared from that list and the mrs did some diggings and found some old links regarding their policy of booking accomadation at the 11th hour. We are contacting the hotel direct to check our booking but were just wondering if others have used them before and how they found them.
