Greatest cheesemaker of all time?
So who do you think it is?
I vote for Simon and Tim who make Lincolnshire Poacher - perfect with good bread and a pickled onion.

I vote Tesco, no idea who 'makes' it other than cows somewhere, but it melts quite well. Much better than Asda's.

As blue cheeses are certainly my most favourite I would say a good vintage Stilton producer, don't have any specific ones though. Partial to a bit of Rochefort too

Has to br Roquefort. Tastes great, is better for the arteries as it's made from sheep's milk, and even doubles up as makeshift penicillin in an emergency.

Sheep milk cheese is supposed to be pretty good too. Never had the chance to try it myself.
