54 seconds in, the front right wing looks a bit bendy to me

Personally I dont see the problem

There was set rules at the start of the season and the car past them all, everyone else is just moaning because they never thought of it

As for Vetel, I used to really like him but he comes across as a bit of a **** now tbh

Well that's not quite right is it. The rules say that the wings mustn't flex. The car passed the test but still falls foul of the rule.

To deliberately design a part that will pass a given test but still remain flexible would, in most peoples eyes, be cheating.

Surely everyones wing still flexes though due to the pressure of the air at 200mph ?

The test should be good enough to make sure the rules abided by, if their wing flexes but it passes the test its not red bull thats in the wrong its the FIA

I understand how some see it as 'cheating' but if it passed it passed

Surly the test of flexibility can only be conducted by putting the same forces on it as it endures during racing? I would suggest that the FIA test should include a wind tunnel test or something of a similar nature to put air over the wing at speed.

I thought that Vettel's driving which caused that accident was particularly poor under thos conditions and he should certainly be penalised for his foolish error.

The FIA create the test for flexibility of course and having increased the weights hung on the wing significantly the wing still passes the official test. If that is the only test provided and it passes it then they are within the regulations. What else can anyone say?

If they are happy to accept their own test then the other teams are free to desigh their wings to act in the same manner as the Red Bull's.
