I preferred his early stuff, where he didn't take himself too seriously.

Liked his earlier stuff more to be honest, newer stuff seems to marketed at kids

Hot and cold for me, seen him live and it was madness! But there is some stuff that I cant stand. Recent work, I have liked quite a lot of it. Like any artist he flexes to how the market dictates, ,good business sense.

Is it me or is seeing Rihanna signing in apparent glorification of domestic violence a bit strange considering her and Chris Brown?

Went to see him before he was famous, just after he released his first single. Tickets were £10 and he was amazing.

A very talented guy but not really liked his stuff since the first two / three albums

i think this new album has to be listened to a bit, my wife got it for me and after my first listen i thought what a load of crap, but i've listened to it a few more times and it very catchy and one thing no one can take away from him is the words in his songs, i don't anyone else who can deliver verse after verse of decent lyrics nowadays. but i do still prefer the earlier albums.

Most of his stuff is good. Have al his albums. Relapse had some very good songs on it.

Where he did go a bit ****, was when he sang about his daughter. That got boring.

Same for me. After Relapse, I though his new album was a poor follow up. However after listening to it a few times, there are some very catchy songs.

"White Trash party" being very good.

Really ?

IMO relapse was very poor compared to his new album, I think the new album is more like his older stuff, its like he has that 'fire' back, so to speak

I for one love eminems music, by far my favourite artist

I've never been a big fan of him, but his recent stuff is really good. I just wish he would stop swearing as I have to skip his tracks whenever the kids are in the car.

He is, IMHO, the best rapper.

His lyrics flow so smooth and he is always playing with the tempo of his lyrics which I really enjoy in his music.

As an example Lil Wayne is very highly rated but I find his rapping sooo boring, it sends me to sleep.

Em is also probably one of the realest A listers out there, I know a few people who have worked with him here in the UK and they always say he is actually a very nice guy.

This is one of the clips that always brings it home.... listen to the crowd!! They bring him another mic! Its the crowd not the mic!
