Friend of mine just upgraded to one he says he likes it.he did say he would of had a htc if they were in stock.

In my opinion I would stay clear of symbian it's old tech android would be the next option or iOS or worth checking out the windows 7 mobiles

Offered one, but refused . After the failed hype & operation of the N97, im

not going back to nokia

Check out www.nokiausers.net

They have a good forum on there.

Mixed bag at the mo, OS is still causing issues, and a few HW probs

App signing is still a contentious issue, with Nokia trying to go all

appleesque

Its the usual stuff, firmware releases are not ready, or people trying to

root the phone due to the apps signing issue.

Well, it is the best phone Nokia has made, and the best Symbian phone too.

However, if the heavy duty camera is not a necessity you could do worse than get the C7 instead, which is a bit cheaper as it has a lesser camera and a bit less memory, but has the same OS and (excluding peripherals) same hardware.

And with the news that Symbian^4 is being scrapped (so now it's just 'Symbian') it will be upgradeable for some time to come.
