Enamas?
Anyone do enamas as part of the lifestyle thing like where you go on enama holidays, or do coffee enamas etc?
Watched a documentary about these peeps who go to Tailand and do 2 weeks of enamas, colon cleansing, de-tox call it what you will. It's like a retreat.

It was common practice for women in the early stages of labour, and it is still available if requested.
As for going on holidays??? Isn't there only some much poop that can come out?
I know it's supposed to help you lose a few lb's.... Maybe they are all trying to suck the fat out, literally?
