Default X-Box purchase..

Thinking about buying one for my daughter for xmas.
Is the 250 gb one the one to buy ?
Whats the difference with them?

it would not be worth getting the 4gb model as you would fill the hard drive in no time and would end up going and buying another hard drive to plug in. 250 gb is the better one to get, allthough if you already have a xbox your existing hard drive will fit but you will have to take it out of the carrier.

I've got an elite which I think is 120 Gb? Hardly used the space on it but it's good if you want to save the games onto the HDD. means that it's a bit quieter and quicker.
Depends on what the price difference is as well. If it's not a lot more then it's better to have too much to start with?

Don't touch the 4gb drive, waste of time you would need another HDD within a month so it's false economy, minimum I would recommend is 60gb drive (which I have).

I'm assuming your buying new though so the 250gb drive would be the one to have, don't think they do the "old" shape xbox's new now
