aka first furniture aka morale uk aka morale garden furniture.
Has anybody dealt with this firm?
I purchased an oak table online with 2-3 week delivery, and toaday is the 3rd week, they now tell me it will be another 2-3 weeks for delivery...
worryingly the webpage that I saved, detailing 6 in stock plus delivery terms, was changed after I paid as did the phone number. the girl at the end of the phone can't deal with the query and needs to get her manager to call me back but guess what,...he doesn't call.
I can get my money back through paypal as long as I start the dispute before 45 days but I'm worried that Morale uk will drag me past this date by promising no guaranteeing - verbally at least - that it will be delivered.

Any body else purchased here or been scammed??

Tradional for furniture trade I'm afraid
Even worse for Internet companies who wait to they say get half a dozen orders then order direct from their suppliers to get the right price as many companies won't deliver / order until they get a £1000 at cost

Also now in the Xmas delivery chaos which always happens with suppliers
Don't know anything about that company though

If it was in stock you would of had it on a carrier delivered within 3 days not weeks

Probably best refund then try to pick something up in january sales

Bought 2 tub chairs from them about 12 months ago.

Website showed the items in stock but with 2 weeks delivery which was a bit odd.

Anyway, after 2 weeks the chairs arrived and were fine.

cool cool, I've bought another table now, being delivered weds
I guess I'll steer clear of these dishonest internet companies and stick to the walk-in shops. Just gutted Morale home furnishings couldn't have been honest about delivery in the first place....or even returned a call.
