I would buy the biggest clapped out reliant robin i could find, preferably one with a hole in the floor. I would drive to either the Dorchester hotel or Mayfair and pull up outside, i would get out and give my keys to the valet and warn him in no uncertain terms that if i find any scratches on it then their will be trouble.
I`d wait for him to return and tip him 10p and offer him one of my monster munch. After that i would find the most expensive car dealers i could find and ask them what they would give me for it in part ex against a top of the range Ferarri, i`d push for some free matts as well, not for the Ferarri, for my van to cover up the hole in the floor.

I think I would buy a 100 day cruise ,for the family ,so I could take my time deciding what to spend all the cash on .
I often think of this !!

Me. First thing I'd do is drive to my local audi dealer and order an R8 V10.
From there, drive to my local Porsche dealership and order a GT3.
I'd then go to my local presteige estate agent and buy myself a big house with land to build a garage big enough to store many cars.
There is a very nice mint 22B up for sale (on Pistonheads) so I might be tempted to buy that too. As well as the minted Escort Cosworth I could find.
Maybe ring up McLaren and order me a new MP4-12C.

Some interesting or rather worrying replies. Instead of being happy and enjoying it there seems a concerning amount of people who would just like to rub others faces in it and upset people.
Stilover, Im thinking more along your lines, I would soon be on first name terms with Mclaren too. Although the V10 R8 is a lovely car.

I would give my MY00 Classic to David at API and tell him to give me back the car Subaru should have made in the first place. Then I would take his courtesy car and go and visit the local Aston Martin garage and see how they treat a guy in jeans, t-shirt and trainers driving a 1993 impreza wagon

Probably lots of silly things straight away, but the first car/s I would buy would be a mint Escort Cosworth, and and mint RS500. Probably not the most exotic of cars but they would be the first on the list.

I would deposit it all in my local NatWest.
Then make an appointment to see the manager, which should be easy.
I would ask him to go through all the options at length to see what was the best way to look after & invest my money.
Then,as he was salivating & just before I signed, I would point out that I was formaly
a customer of theirs for 30+ years & they treated me with such utter distain when I ran into some hard times that I will be taking all my money out again.
Ohhh the satisfaction!!!
