Default Kinect Fitness Game

Done this for the last couple of nights. Didn't do on easy but medium, result? Can't walk very well today.

My lower leg muscles are killing me they so sore! Biggest mistake is sitting down.

Anything I can do to ease the pain? Or do I just have to grin and bare it.

Stick with it, the sore felling shows you have worked the muscles. It will ease over the next week or so. Which game is it? Fitness Evolved?

Its Active 2 the one with the heart monitor. Glad its doing good. We have just had a tonne of wood delivered so at lunchtime I'm gonna have fill the wheelbarrow to store it at the other end of the garden, so more exercise lol

Its a very good game if anyones interested. Never ever felt this sore after fitness so works you well.

I was tempted to get this but the reviews said it was a poorly hashed version of the Wii version? And the kinect features were afterthoughts?

Was going to get the other one instead - can't remember the name!

What do you think about that statement?

cheers

All the people i know with the Wii version are generally fatties who stuck it under the couch a week after getting it, I can sort of see the benefit but I think for most its a flash in the pan but stick with it.

I just cant get my head round needing a console for exercise, for me they are devices to ensure as little movement as possible, for several hours.

Having got the wii as well I disagree. I much prefer the Kinect version. Only thing that does bug me is the amount of menu prompts but once setup and you have learnt all the exercises, it goes all the way through them without stopping and no damn controllers to hold!

Ok well I'm not fat (size 10) but want to keep fit so I can go on for hours with my partner.

On a serious note, it suits me down to the ground. I used to go to exercise classes and this is no different. Instructor in front of you and you follow his lead but I don't have to do it at a certain time and have the hassle of driving across the City to get there!.
