I love this comment
"I went home and there were two policemen who came in the house with me and I've got a big picture of Bob Marley with cannabis growing behind him so I thought: 'Oh my God, don't turn round'."

This has been going on for YEARS. It pisses me off because they continually fly over my area at stupid hours, waking me up. Round and round and round in "mowing the lawn" style pattern.
I know they aren't following any mobile suspects because if they are after someone, they'll hover in one particular spot or follow a more straight line path.
Seriously, I should hand in my FA licence because sometimes when the b*****d thing wakes me up yet another time, I'm tempted to get my poachers rifle out and take some pots shots at it, so hopefully it maybe grounded for a few weeks so I can get a night's sleep for every night of the whole week.
When its not chasing hot spots at night, its following kids using motorbikes in the feilds during the day.
How much tax payers money keep these bloody things in the sky? As I said before its a EX-RAF boy's play toy. Please CON/DEM cut their budget, so I can get a good night's sleep.
< rant over - yes it woke me up last night...again >

Sooner they legalise weed the better it will be for all of us.
Seriously, flying round in a helicopter is very expensive and not exactly environmentally friendly. Just to stop a few entrepreneurial weed growers. Anyway it's not as if those that are growing it are either using houses rented in false names or empty houses / buildings, could afford to lose the lot and start again if the place were to be raided. Or they have very good insulation.
Imagine the saving to the government coffers not having to police it any more, then add to that the business potential and employment revenue from mass production of cannabis, and finally the amount of extra tax that sales of the stuff will generate.
Free up the 'erb

Yes, its called England.
For every posh estate in a city/urban conurbation...there is a shyte hole a mile down the road.
To escape it, I need to either completely leave the country or live in the middle of nowhere 20miles drive from any soul....then its usually on a flightpath to a local airport
