What a load of bol*ocks!
Cart before the horse logic in play here.
If your 5 kids need you so badly don't go out nicking other peoples property then you wont have to go to prison. Also if he got 8 months you can assume he has about a 1000 previous convictions so he will have no track record of putting his kids first.

typical DM $hite news. he needs pistol whipped with a 9mm and both kneecaps done. that's Belfast justice for housebreakers. both factions over here don't tolerate this kind of anti social behaviour.

It's bad enough that this guy has the audacity to try it on, but the QC who is taking the case on clearly is a money grabbing **** whose morals are so low that underground trains go over them - this sort of thing really grips me

Well I was shocked at 4 AM today..... I went to Tesco, and saw a femail police officer shopping .... she had her Astra marked police vehicle in the car park
Are police vehicles insured for social , domestic and pleasure ?
and yes , I actually saw her put her shopping bags in it and leave driving it

I was going to point this out. I don't think this idiot is bright enough to read the human rights act and come up with this brilliant idea on his own. There's a legal expert behind him advising him. It's just plain wrong.

Can't believe the state of mind of the judge who was hearing the case either. What planet does he live on? Does he realise that when he or his mates pass such non sentences that the crims say yes sir no sir and at the same time are laughing behind their hands?
Prison is no punishment any more and rehabilitation is just a big joke and is brought up by those in charge in order to save cash and to hell with protecting the public any more!
They should bin all the holiday camp style of imprisonment, calling the crims "Mr" for example and send them all out for a really hard day's work such as breaking up stones in a quarry as used to happen. Put them into a chain gang!
They just might start to make them think that prison was a place to be avoided and that crime is just not worth the hassle.

So why don't they just put the kids into prison with him?
So he could be with them 24/7. Oh and they would all have to share the single food ration as I don't want to pay any extra for them.

So - If I have got this right - I just need to father five kids, split up with the mother ( so she also gets accommodation, paid for by the taxpayer no doubt) then go out on the rob safe in the knowledge that even if I am caught, I'll be let off. - It's a green light for the underclasses to fvck us all over. Rob 10 properties - get caught once - get let off. Where's the disincentive?
I'll be taking this up with my local MP - SORT this out or I'm going to vote the way I really thought I'd never have too.

The human rights of the people he robbed.
The cost of housing him in and out of prison.
The cost of free glasses
The cost of free dental care (although clearly not a lot here)
The cost of free medical care
Subsidies for Rent, Rates, Council Tax, Utilities............
This all comes out of MY Taxes.
AND this fvcktard will no doubt demand a pension ON ME.
Well, Listen up you specky ****** - Straighten up and get a job because I'm going to change careers soon - Into Politics. Scumbags / Illegals will not have the RIGHT to live where they want. It'll be high density housing for you - an incentive for you to do something to better yourself.
I'll be MIGHTY Pi55ed off if I end up penniless after 40 odd years of paying into UK PLC just to keep ****ards like you fed and watered.
Notice has been served.
You've made me angry, and you didn't want to do that!
You fvcker

The problem with this case apart from everything mentioned above is that English law is based upon precedence. So now every person who commits a crime and has children will cite this case as a reason not to go to jail. Madness.

Wonder what has happened to the British Bill of Rights we were promised by the PM before the election.
Seems to have gone the same way as the referendum on the Lisbon Treaty which was also promised.
These spineless leaders of ours are terrified of gainsaying the EU, what's in it for them I wonder. Certainly not the best interests of our country for sure!
