Credit where it is due - Ebay
I bought some screen protectors for my new phone on fleagay about 2 weeks ago.
Only 99p but after a week or so, they hadn't arrived. So then went onto my account to contact the seller but to my surprise, my purchase was no longer in my history!
Checked paypal and the 99p had come out and I managed to access the sellers profile - which had been cancelled!
So after a lodged a complaint with ebay and the seller still hadn't responded after 7 days, ebay gave me my 99p back!
I know it's a stupid amount of money but it's the principle of it!

Yes they can be good at times I had a £14.99 dispute with an internet seller (it was wormer for the hens) and they said they couldnt provide it but after 2 weeks had not refunded my money so I raised a dispute and funnily enough within a few days the funds had been sent back.
Paypal/Ebay does work for the buyer sometimes lol.
