Vincent Cooke - No Charges

So that's two that I've seen now with no charges brought.
Have to see how this one pans out: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england...ester-15194950
Everything is telling me this is the way to go, but I can't help but think that a burglar is just going to up the anti and arrive tooled up for a fight to the death?

I was just about to post up about this. At last this country has on 3 recent occasions seen legal sense and protected the property owner. I never thought i'd see the day with all the loony left lot pleading human rights for the burglar blah blah blah.

It is actually 3 recent cases in Manchester that have all gone the same way and so they should have. 3 less scum in the World can only be a good thing and no cost to the public purse having anyone locked up. Win win all round.
As for changing the way burglars go prepared I think you are overlooking the fact many go armed anyway and so have every intention of causing harm to their victims if they get in their way. I'd have absolutley no hesitation in attacking someone breaking into my house to protect my wife and kids and my belongings.

In the Hereford shooting, based on what I've read, the guy deserves to go down. It reads to me that there would never have been 'burglars' on his property if he hadn't been a drug dealer
