Hi

I have created some software specifically aimed (no pun intended) at the Gun Trade Industry.

In a nutshell it is a complete replacement for the bound book system with full sales, purchasing, storage, and servicing modules.

It automatically produces all the relevant paperwork for each module and the statutory Police notifications where required.

It has reports for VAT, auditing (stock and financial) and a lot more.

This software can save Gun Traders hours and hour’s admin work.

My problem is getting these guys to try it.

So here’s the pitch

Anyone who can get a Gun Trader to try my program which results in a sale I will personally send you financial gift say 20 quid (do you think that reasonable?)

Check it out at my website http://www.gunbase.co.uk

Regards

Vern

Hi

I have wrote to a lot and spoke to them, but they are a little computer phobic.

So a little helping had from someone in their Gun Club whose a computer whizz on here might persude them to give it a try.

This really does save them a lot of time, of the dealers I have sold it to so far they are more than happy.

Lets see if the link works this time :-)

Hi Darren

My local area is here in Brussels. That’s part of my problem :-(

I created the software when I was in the UK and now I'm Brussels it a little harder for me to sell to these guys.

I just need someone they know and trust to say to them 'hey have a go you have nothing to lose and a lot to gain'

The software come with a 30-Day 'Try before you buy' licence after that the software locks and then decide whether to purchase a unlock code which based around who they want the software to be registered to.

So they really do have nothing to lose.

Regards

Vern

Give an incentive to your happy customers to promote to new customers. Most of these little trades have associations and all the owners know each other, so take dealer A to see system running at dealer B's establishment..

That's a good idea Alpine

And I have offered an incentive and to an extent that has worked, but there's a lot more shooters out there than dealers and the more avenues I explore the better I think.

Plus I have this unfortunate problem of being stuck in Brussels so I can't to the demo thing, which I would dearly love to do; you can't beat face-to-face selling.

There a bloke down the local reckons he can do handguns for £200, untraceable too. Or he'll rent them for £50 a time.
