I aint bought anything AVish in quite some time other than a completely **** blu-ray player.

The last nice purchase was a Monitor Audio RSW-12 but that was about 2years ago.

Not quite in the same league but recently got me one of these beasties, 50 inches of plasma loveliness:

http://www.panasonic.co.uk/html/en_G...108/index.html

and then deciding that I really needed a 3D Blu-Ray source to make the most of it got one of these to go with it:

http://www.panasonic.co.uk/html/en_G...276/index.html

Would love to go the separates route one day but until I got a detached house with a big living room I don't really see the need when the all-in-one systems are so good.

Just need a free weekend to set it all up properly now

The q50 is good but nowhere near as good as the 200's, plus they are really small. A few times I have had to grab the remote to turn the volume down as it gets a little out of control

Recently?

40" samsung D8000, 1tb s2 hdd for pvr duties, sammy br drive for the pc, will be 3d once i upgrade to a 7 series ati next year.

Also a galaxy s wifi 5.0 that came free with the telly.

Umm i think that's it.

Rest of me gear is the pc hooked to a denon avr1802 and five wharfdale rubiance speakers in mahogany.

And all that sitting two feet from me bed, predator in hd was rather awesome

Might buy an onkyo and some monitor audio speakers in the future, we shall see. for now im rather happy shall we say

When I sold my Impreza I bought a set of Quad Lites ib rosewood and a Harmon Kardon receiver. The Quads are just awesome and even though the HK isnt the most popular I've found I prefer the sound it delivers to other receivers.

Not a fortune but a decent setup IMO. Also took time when we re-did the living room to put the wires behind the coving and some nice connections.
