Default Nouvelle cuisine.?

Watching yet ANOTHER programme where young/amateur chefs are being shown how to make "pictures on plates" of people's food, so giving tiny portions at inflated prices

And every time I see them with their FINGERS in the food, poking and prodding it into position, or shape, I'm reminded that these are the SAME fingers they wipe their ***** with, hold their dicks with, pick their noses with, insert sanitary towels with.............AAAAAARRRGH!

Is it just me, or ought this foul procedure to be BANNED?

I know that, but no-one should have their fingers in your food AFTER it's cooked and before it's served.

It's JUST NOT NECESSARY!

The whole point of tiny portions is that you have loads of them. Give yourself a treat and hit a decent restaurants' taster menu and you'll really appreciate it.
I'd rather eat out less frequently, but have a complete blow out, than pay for food you could have cooked at home yourself.

Agreed.....never will I invest in the equipment to cook an elephant's foot. Only the best kebab houses for me. Value for money and all that

I have to say that it does not appeal as far as I am concerned.
