What difference are these new guys supposed to make.
It almost seems a ploy just to 'please' the markets.

The hope is that the new guys are more focused on sorting out their economies rather than furthering their own careers..... not sure there are any politicians left like that though.... not in the UK anyway!

Do you believe that the PIGS are willing to endure at least 10 years of austerity to get back onto a stable financial footing, well I don't think they will?
It will end in tears for one or more of the PIGS and will drag down the rest of Europe and maybe the world economy for years

Just means that they will do exactly as they are told by the Eu.
Do you really think that will be an improvement, especially for Greece and Italy?
