Question

How do I go about registering a french car that has no documents..

It's on a french registration plate, and I can get it from a guy near me for next to nothing.. the car is a good un.

No Documents at all with it though.

Let's ignore how dodgy it sounds and answer the question.

Do i even need to register over here? I will only have it for about 4 months.

Ta

Wink

I registered my Irish import myself but needed the Irish logbook..
just went to a Vehicle Registration Office...

You can find the nearest office to ask and other info at

DVLA's Website

It might say there...

You might have trouble insuring it if still on the French plate?

Can you not apply for the logbook from France?
