Brit awards or New York?
The wife works at Mastercard and was given some of the best tickets for the Brit awards - private both thing all food & booze free VIP etc - with the only bad thing is that you have to be proper suited & booted - penguin style.... - I don't know if the tickets are tranferable to other people yet...
Fantastic I though a night of music and free beer!....
She came home from work and says she has a meeting in New York for 4days and it would be a cheap hols for us as I would only need to pay for the flight. - Her hotel costs paid for an extra week... I've always wanted to go but it clashes with the same dates...
Do I go to New York with the wife or the Brits with a mate ??
Choices...

IMHO, (and I work in the Music Industry), better seen on TV - you can fast-forward all of the B-LOX...

If you're 16 or under, it'd be great. Screaming at all the bands. Crying and screaming at all the boy bands.
Can't believe you've asked this question. Get your @rse to New York.

Everything there seems to be about superficiality and money. I dont dislike the place, i just think its full of sheep. The women dress the same, people all seem to want to go to the same places because thy are 'IN' all the seperate sub groups of people seem to try and live up to a stereo type. Loads of locals think they are it by virtue of living in manhatton. Last time i went i was there a week for a relatives wedding and very much ran out of things to do.

Yes you can be at the front row with the gay people and screaming school children listening to mediocre music.
