You have won a competition and first prize is the role of Prime Minister ![Big Grin](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
So after moving into No 10 what would be the first things on the agenda to try and sort out the mess the country is in

Round up all the immigrants who aren't working or are here illegally. Then send the bu66ers back.
Then I'd make it law that a job has to be filled by a British worker unless a required skill can only be accommodated by a Foreign worker.
Those Chav scum that don't want to work, to be draughted into the armed services.
Make prisoners work, just like they do in the states.

1. Out of the EU
2. Close the borders (apart from skilled people)
3. Change human rights legislation (make it work for the average person and not criminals and obscure minority groups.
4. Any person that defiles the memory of any member of the military past or present is executed for treason.
5. Start a massive programme of training for young people, which they will have to earn.
6. No free or part funded university places unless the course actualy benefits society.
8. Tony/Cherrie Blair, Harriet Harman and Edd Milliband jailed for crimes against the British way of life.
9. There's lots more, but I'll settle for these for starters.

Get all British troops out of pointless war zones.
Some can then man the points of entry & keep the scum out.
The rest can go & round up all the others who are not meant to be here & the crims(home grown or otherwise) avoiding the legal system.

I would move out of number 10 and rent it to some illegal imigrant raking in the tax payers money for there upkeep...I would then take the money abroad and set up somewhere that isnt so screwed (not sure where that would be lol but the idea is there)

Simply that the benefit you claim cannot exceed the tax you have previously paid.
This would mean the life time scrounger or career pregnant single mum get sod all, but the 40 year old made redundant gets mortgage help and assistance until he finds a new job.

1. An end to creating money out of thin air on computer screens and charging interest on it (fractional reserve lending).
2. An end to governments borrowing fresh-air money called ‘credit’ from private banks and the people paying interest on this ‘money’ that has never, does not and will never exist. Governments (and that concept must change radically) can create their own currency – interest free.
3. An end to private banks issuing non-existent money called ‘credit’ at all and thus creating ‘money’ as a debt from the very start.
4. An end to casinos like Wall Street and the City of London betting mercilessly on the financial and commodity markets with the lives of billions around the world.
5. An end to all professional lobby groups that earn their living and their clients’ living from corrupting the professionally corruptible – vast numbers of world politicians and the overwhelming majority on Capitol Hill.
6. An end to no-contract government in which politicians can promise the people they will do this and that to win their support and then do the very opposite after they have lied themselves into office (see Obama).
7. An end to the centralisation of power in all areas of our lives and a start to diversifying power to communities to decide their own lives and thus ensure there are too many points of decision making for any cabal to centrally control.
The banking system as we know it does not need to be ‘changed’ - it needs to be gone.
Its replacement needs to be decided by the population - not the very people who created it in the first place and are covertly manipulating a new global structure of financial control based on a world central bank.

1. No donations to any political party other from individuals - backed up with ID from said person. Donations only from UK citizens. Donations not to exceed £5/year from any one individual.
2. No need for deposit to stand as an electoral candidate.
3. No postal votes EXCEPT for the armed forces and arrangements in place to allow them all to vote no matter where they are.
4. Proof of ID required to vote.
5. Voting compulsory BUT a 'none of the above' option MUST be on all ballot papers.
6. Manifesto pledges to be set in motion within 2 years or we get another election!
(Details would need to be worked out on this one ....)
7. ALL votes in HoC to be 'conciense' votes. NO party 'whipping'.
8. Annual budget to be put to the people to say 'yeah' or 'nay'.....
Etc. But that lot would sort out most of the problems with the electoral system/lack of democracy at a stroke! Then we sort out the minor problems like the economy, wars, etc etc

To add to all of the above
A Useful and effective police force that's not target driven or hampered by paperwork issues. And a prescence on the road not just relying on cash collector machines.
Decent maintained roads.
An upper limit of £1.10 per litre on diesel / petrol.
Political party in power is only in for 3 year term then its automatic re election time

So if we went along with this, the old and infirm would be forced out to thr polling stations or face prosecution; I'm not sure you thought this through properly.

Benefit system
Corrupt local government destroying town centre commerce
Tighten up controls between goverment and private companies
The above 3 would probably solve 80% of the UKs issues.
Not having a dig at what you said, its just these are the questions I ask myself about the benefits system.
What if you've never had the chance to pay tax?
What if ending up on benefits wasn't your choice?
What do you do with the single mum with 4 kids from 6 different fathers
I completely agree something needs doing but how do you control it?
Its all very well the Daily Fail dishing out these stories of a dozen muslims living in a mansion on the state but what happens if you take that away? You'd have the very same newspaper telling us how awful and 3rd world our nation has become to allow a family of 15 to live in a 2 room bedsit.
Limit child benefit to the first 3 - what happens if you have 5? You'll have media reports of overcrowded orphanges.
Just taking away benefits isn't the answer - I'm not entirely sure what is. You can't just say tough **** no matter how much we'd want to.

As fo0r a "British Bill of Rigyhts", that cracks me up even more than the ncurrent "bill" we have. We don't NEED rights. We have them already as free human beings that live, supposedly (we keep getting told by our political masters!), in a democracy. What is needed is merely a bill to set out the limnitations of government! i.e. they need to stay the **** out of peoples lives.
