Yes
Doubt if arteries are clogged just yet though.
I have a few decades on you and my ticker doesn't pump very well so poor circulation.
So when youi have a moment pop into your friendly quacks and mention it to him/her. But remember smoking now banned in waiting area.
Oh and get some gloves.

I used to get that very badly but it stopped when I gave up smoking. Strange thing is that I used to suffer from it as a kid before I started smoking! Sometimes get it very mildly when driving in the winter but then I hate over hot car interiors, keep the climate control on and aim the vents at my hands! Other than that, I sweat buckets on any light exercise. Still succumb on the toes.

I thought nicotine restricted blood flow to the extremities?
I was sort of diagnosed with Reynauds in my teens. The doctor said it 'might' have been the cause of the poor circulation in my hands and toes. Apparently a lot of people have it. If anything, mine would be a very mild version. Sounds like yours could be too? But don't rely on a bunch of scoobynet members for a conclusive diagnosis.

Do they actually go white and lose all circulation, or do they just get cold and sore?
Only once did one of my big toes go completely white when I was just in a cold room. It went totally numb... there was actually no blood in it, and I had to put in up in a sink of warm water to get the circulation back into it.
But my hands have always had poor circulation, and apparently it could be a mild case of Reynauds. I work outside, so have got used to it and also developed ways of keeping them warm. Once I get going, they're fine, but first thing in the morning and after I've taken a break they're a c*nt.
The feeling of being cold is a funny thing, because it makes you not want to move, which is the opposite of what helps! You might look stupid, but have you tried clenching and opening your fist really fast? Or rubbing your hands together? Don't just do it for show... actually put all your effort (your shoulders and everything) into rubbing your hands together - as hard as you can. That should warm all the muscles in your arms up too, and get blood flowing.
So the main thing is just stopping them from getting cold in the first place. And if you haven't done that, get them working hard and warming up as quickly as possible rather than just putting up with it.
