sorry to bore people but here is my rant about T-mobile:
2 weeks ago i went into the T-mobile shop to send my phone off for repair (was a blackberry bold 9700) it kept going to a white screen, anyway so two weeks ago sent it off and got it back today(went back into town to get it from the shop), it was a exchange, AS i had to pick my bro up from work turned it on and it looked ok, but when i got home i found out that the trackpad wasnt working
, so now i have to go back down into town again, use more petrol to get there and wait another 2 weeks 
been with T-mobile for around about 5-7 years and all i get for loyalty discount is just under £3.
