I liked it but for 3 things.
I miss David Coulthard in the box along side Martin.
Defiantly prefer Jake over this other guy.
And lastly Anthony Davidson is wasted in the studio standing along side that funny odd looking woman.
Oh and miss EJ ......

Overall I found it stunning, I do like Coulthard but dont miss Eddie Jordan one bit.
Quality and content along with the walk about after the race is fabulous. Then to top it all off we have both GP2 races at the next round.
Not sure about the bird with the big **** in the studio though. Agree Nathony Davidson is wasted.

EJ is probably the biggest thing I miss TBH, I loved the ballsyness of some of the questions he would ask, I doubt any of the current people would have ***** big enough to come out with some of the things he did, I also miss his little disagreements he had with DC too, they were a great partnership.
Get them both across to Sky and the package is complete!
ohh and I also miss his dress style, if theres ever a man made me feel good about the clothes I wear it was EJ!

Sky is scat shat sh[te
I miss Martin on the beeb as the guy that replaced him commentating for the beeb beside coultard sounded like he had a creampie in his pants before the first corner after the lights went out
I think they have wreaked a good coverage & split up the team!

I was impressed by the Sky coverage. The picture quality and sound is very good. They dont miss a trick with the general coverage and Damon Hill and Martin Brundle are good together.
The coverage is enormous compared with the BBC broadcasts and they are sensible with the advertisments.
Good to see all the practises as well as the racing too.

To be honest I didn't bother with the build up and just watched the race. Quite happy with that. Already got Sky HD so didn't really cost me any more than last year.
Not that fussed on the build up stuff.

I've always been a BBC fan, but I have Sky Sports HD so I watched it on that.
All I can say is the coverage was awesome and dare I say much better than the beeb.
The dedicated F1 channel that is showing
P1
P2
P3
Q1
Q2
Q3 and the race all live and covering all 20 races.
Awesome !

I didn't think the Sky coverage was any better than the BBC's. At least the BBC coverage doesn't need to buffer.
Driver tracker etc isn't New. BBC had that, other commentary and other cameras on red button last year.

Agree the picture and sound on Sky seems to be much better than the beeb. Not cost me any more than last year either, but gained a lot more coverage with a dedicated channel.

wow, thats cool
I gave up on F1 ten or so years ago when BBC lost it for the first time
half the fun was sitting down and knowing you would see it uninterupted, all 2 or so hours of it (bit like test cricket)
once it came with adverts, totally lost interest and never regained it
but at least sky have seen sense

Hmm maybe you were watching the old BBC coverage on a cathode ray tube TV and through Ozzy Ozbourne colored glasses, but I don't remember the picture being anything but good on HD, and they had that skycam thing which wizzed around the track from above.
