Gareth Williams death mystery.
What do you reckon? How did he end up in a bag that was locked from the outside?
http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2012...roners-inquest
It's been ruled out that he got in and locked it himself because it was locked from outside.
Lots of people think it was murder.
I think as an alternative it was some bizarre sex game.

MI5 clearly did it. But why leave him there to be found? Unless the perp was disturbed?

I reckon his S&M parter locked him in as part of a 'game', then Williams died from CO2 poisoning which was a mistake. His partner then did a runner not wanting to be in any trouble.

I think the simple answer is we will never know the full story of what he was doing and what happened to him.

I am ready to bet that someone else locked the bag from the outside!

Given the circumstances that the body was found in, it's a safe bet he was slightly to the twisted side of kinky. Only a proper psychiatric evaluation could tell you if he was a full-on mentalist though.

On the way home from work I was listening to this on Radio 5. So he was in a large red Northface bag with zipper. No signs of struggle from the victim who was lying on top of the key to the padlock outside the bag.
Have they actually said what he died of - I assumed asphyxiation but how would you make such a bag airtight and how would the victim not have tried to escape if he were conscious at the time?

I don't think there is any positive evidence the flat was scrubbed. It is just inferred by the lack of forensic evidence.
