Know much about Sky?
Hi!
Right, do i need the 2 input cables going into my HD box? Can i join the 2 in a t-piece so just one cable runs to the box?
Any help appreciated.

I believe you need two separate cables to run from dish to box.

And you can't split the cable (as you would co-ax) as each satellite channel uses a different frequency.

The box uses different voltages on the cable to control the LNB band and polarisation, so if you don't have two cables all the way to the dish it won't work properly.

You also need a multiple LNB on the dish aerial.
