URGENT: Eviction Notice

Hi,
our landlady is a PITA and has defaulted on her mortgage several times. We were told she had sorted everything but turns out she hadn't.
We had an eviction notice two months ago and I applied to have it stayed based on the fact that we'd been paying our rent etc. As a result of this we started paying direct to the claimant (mortgage company) - not a problem for us as we'd always been paying but our landlady had been pissing it up the wall (according to her ex-husband to be).
Like a muppet I've underestimated how much stuff there was to move and think I need 1 day over the stayed date (today).
Question is (as I haven't got anybody I can ask advice from till tomorrow) - does the claimant have to apply for another eviction notice or does the old 'stayed' one remain in effect?
Don't want somebody coming to the door tomorrow when we still have a few things remaining in the house (just large items we need a van for).
Problem was further worsened (and one of the reasons I delayed moving till the last week or so) because my wife is pregnant and I didn't want to cause too much upheaval, especially as we already have an 18month old daughter.
ANy advice appreciated

I'm sending you a PM now, I have a good friend who offers lots of advice for people with debt and obvious deals with evictions. If you PM your number I will text him and get him to call you as soon as he is able.

Take your tenance contract to court on or the day before had hope the judge is in a go mood
Also take proof of wife's pregnancy explain the that you need extra time also try to speak to the bailiffs office in the court
Make sure you are there early
You will be allowed to return and remove any items you can't remove before hand (normally 14 days legal time scale)

So .... even if they do turn up tomorrow (as the original order was stayed till today) we can re-enter the property (obviously with prior agreement) to pick up stuff left?

Such a horrible situation to be in, hope everything goes OK for you mate.
I am in a simliar situation, my landlord barely ever pays her mortgage and her payment is £100 less than what we pay her!!! She's had a final demand served to her once last year as I opened it and confronted her about it and she said she'd 'sorted it', although with all the mail she keeps getting here its making me wonder if she's missing payments again.
