If it's not old, call a repairman, if it's over ten years, buy again.

Isolate it's power supply, ASAP. It will have knocked it's plug out or shorted something, so you need to cut the power to it. Un plug it, or flip the fuse switch and pull the fuse if you have one.

I'll unplug it. This is the second time it's done it, not sure what's burning in there but it seemed to come back to life for a bit.

It's not Apple, but some of the tossers on this thread might have had it in their mouths.

Yup and used it for about six months - once a week, probably less. I took it apart that time and couldn't find anything burnt looking. Doesn't want to play ball this time though and won't push it.
