big bloke sitting outside my house for 4 hours!?
any ideas why a bloke would be parked on the road outside my house for 4 hours reading a newspaper?
It does not sound that unusual apart from...... the engine is running and my house happens to be on a main road, he has caused traffic chaos since about 3.30pm what could he be doing?

no reg yet as its directly outside my house, although I am sure my neighbour will have it,
still got the engine running reading the paper (who can read the newspaper for for and a half hours!

Get out there and ask him mate, just say there's been a spate of burglaries in the area and as he's been sat there for over 4 hours he looks suspicious, that's what I would be doing anyway

a few years back there were some people acting suspisously in a car near my house, called the cops to report it, they said they new about it and i left it at that. a few days later found out it was cid keeping an eye on a car theif who had a farm down the road with a barn full of cars

Anyway hes finally gone, and after rewinding my cameras he never got out once...a mystery

Big black bloke or not if he is causing traffic problems on your street politely tell him of the inconvenience he is causing and if he becomes difficult just remind him no ones that hard with an axe in the back of there head!!!
