Well, sooner or later its all going to kick off down there. They are going to have to fight it out several more times I reckon before it all calms down. For some reason they just cannot find a way to get along with one another.
If nukes did not have fallout, I think that would be the best option. Just blast the lot of them and start over

What are you talking about?
So when is this Armageddon which you mention?

My money is on the FSA lobbbing shells in to Turkey, not the Syrian government. That is just suicide.
Turkey have responded by lobbing shells back, and despite their parliament discussing a motion to authorise a cross-border excursion I'd be surprised if it happens except in a very limited manner to create a buffer zone.
Given that this conflict seems to have progressed from Syrians attemting their own arab-spring to islamic extemists from all over the ME turning up to try and turn Syria in to a more extreme Islamic country I wonder whether Turkey would want this kind of state on their southern border. In fact I'm not convinced Israel would be that ecstatic with that outcome either.
This will just rumble on for the foreseeable future with lots of innocent casualties and Syria bombed back to the stone age.

Don't see why the FSA would want to upset Turkey?
Meanwhile Israel is busy working out how to destroy Iran's underground nuclear facilities. One problem being they will have to "borrow" USA refuelling aircraft as Israeli jets can't reach the sites.

Actually Israel can hit Iran without US help.

The FSA will want Turkey involved to help overthrow the government. If they can antagonise Turkey by lobbing shells over and not get the blame, job done.
