A friend that is in the states is trying to get hold of someone at:

There's a contact number which always goes to BT answer phone no one ever answers.

The email address also does not get answered, apparently it's quite important, can anyone find another point of contact please? I've tried and failed just managed to find a name, marco duquette but nothing else.
