Is it just me or does it really annoy anyone else when Mike Brewer dumps hit fat *** on a car body and starts the car revs the ***** off it and then turns the engine off straight away

Im not over keen on him anyway, but **** me if he come buying my car and sat on the bonnet I would be a bit peeved

Is it the matter that he sits on cars or because he has a fat *** and sits on cars.
Know what you mean though,i can't stand it if someone attempts to lean against my car or even think about sitting on it,its up on my list with door slamming..

It has nothing to do with his weight LOL

Despite them spending money on the cars and doing them up to sell on etc, I find he seems to have quite a lack of respect for the cars. I mean it is mostly iconic classics too not your average ford fiesta's etc

The only episode of Wheeler Dealers you would ever catch me watching is the the one where the fat **** dies a horribly painful death

Otherwise nothing he does bothers me really, because I just don't watch anything with him in

Used to wind me up when he'd stand over the car leaning on the roof and pound it with his hands as he talked.

FFs its a bit of tin & rubber,

They get subjected to more stresses and strains during there lifetime than Mr B inflicts in a few hours of filming.

What does it matter if he revs the nuts off and turns off.

How many of you know the full history of your can from the first nut and bolt being put in the body on the production line!

Agreed . How many times has he said "wow , Ed u did a great job on the paint/chrome/polish" then proceeds to rub his hands all over it !

You look with your eyes , not your hands.

Annoys me all the time when he puts his hands or **** all over a car. Good show to watch but don't like the fact that they never tell you the whole story and hidden costs. For example, Mike blew the engine on the Cobra episode but they failed to mention it. For sale here... http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/4210405.htm

Skyline episode on Tuesday (R33 I think)

If he sat on the bonnet of a scoob he would dent it, or the wing I know, as I did it mine a good few years ago and I am a skinny runt LOL

Its when he does it when he hasn't even bought the car yet (although a lot of that is actually staged)

Even Ed gets peeved now after cleaning polishing, buffing waxing etc and then Mike says 'right Ed lets go track racing'

I watched the frog eye sprite the other day and the spray job was horrible, paint runs everywhere and clearly visible

One last night I watched he just sprayed the crossmember with stone chip and hadn't removed the rust (Volvo P1800)

This remeinds me of the time i was sat in the scoob outside a bakery , engine off , waiting for the better half .
Along comes this elderly office type gent who stops , obviously unaware i was sat in the car and decides to use my carbon bonnet as a writing desk for the paper and pen he was holding .
Well , sort of instinctivly i hit the ( uprated ) horn !
Honestly , the way he jumped back you would have thought he had been shot !
After bouncing off the bakery window , he gave me a right earfull as his piece of paper fluttered off up the street

I know what you mean but I love the programme, you have to just get on with it and enjoy it, watched the one about the Bentley and they did a superb job, transformed it.

I really like watching Wheeler Dealers, even if the restoration to a budget concept is deeply flawed by not taking into account the labour cost of a skilled mechanic to do the work. Ed china knows his beans, and most of us don't have his knowledge and skill, nor do we know someone like him, who'll work for beer and WD40!

ALSO

It would be so much better without Mr Mike "I bought this for one pound and sold it for one million pounds" Brewer. I'm sure he's a nice guy in the flesh, but on that show he irritates the heck out of me!

I know, I noticed on closer inspection he doesn't actually sit on the car bonnets, he floats above them, and when he starts the car rags it then turns the engine off its all sound effects and not real

If you take mike away from the show it would ruin it. Who would you replace him with ?

In an ideal world...

Now she could probably get a poor helpless barsteward to sell his pride and joy for a pound and then sell it for one million!

It is funny how they have gone from maximum budget of a grand to going to San Fran and spending a considerable amount of money all in

But I guess they do have to try and keep the show going, the ****** Jeep was a good one and the Bel Air (apart from making it look like a taxi)

They should do more 'revisited' shows so we can see what happened to them all

Jeez.....do you really think Ed does all the work? Do you really think the buyers are genuine?
