Just trying to fire up the old laptop now so I can watch real time, didn't realise it was on again for today!
Mind you didn't think I would have to get the laptop out again either

Think he cracked sound barrier and the highest jump, but don't think he broke the longest free fall, looked like he pulled the Shute 20 seconds early to me?

That's right, just a tad early. He made it down with a few records and lived to tell the tale. All in all a very successful mission.

wow,
we have a 100% no screen rule when eating -- but made an exeption for that, and I had my laptop on at the dinner table, the children were transfixed
when he stood on the ledge, my 6 year old son was convinced he was going to land on our house
breathtaking

I'm not surprised he pulled the shoot early. Did you hear him say his visor had fogged up.
Imagine falling from space at 700mph and not being able to see a thing.
I get scared at airsoft when I can't see who's shooting me lol.
He must of being sh!iting himself

Tried watching the coverage on the BBC News channel but was just awful, talking over he important bits, having no idea on the facts etc.
So went back to the YouTube, much better.
What an effort, still reckon he is nuts.
Cannot wait for the proper videos. Loads of GoPros and some 4k cameras, should make or some great footage.
