The 6210 was on a pay monthly Orange contract I think.
The 3310 is on a PAYG Vodafone.

I dont know much about this - but if a phone is unlocked does that make it so that it can then take any network ?

The phone number follows the SIM card - think of the phone itself as only a "host".

The numbers are stored on the SIM card of the 3310/3330, so that by putting the card in the 6210, the numbers on the SIM will be transferred as well. I'd consider taking the time to input the numbers by hand on the 6210 though, as it has a much more advanced addressbook that the 33xx phones - you can store more than one phone number and text/addresses/emails under one phonebook entry on the 6210.

Hope that makes sense.

6210 - names -copy -select - from sim card to phone - select.

i can,t remember the rest but if you follow the instructions on screen you can copy your phone book to the phone. when you have inserted the new sim do this again but copy the phone book from the phone to the sim.

hope this helps.
