my dogs have white poo and the reason for it is that they have a natural diet. It's all biscuits and aditives that makes the poo sloppy.

If a dog is on a raw meat diet and treats that are 100% natural, pasta & dried liver you'll see white poo's.

Every now and then I treat them to some special K as Jack can get constipated and at £60 to have his glands squeezed special K is a cheaper alternative.

Years ago, dog food comprised of lots of meat and bone derivatives. When the poo dried out in the sun, the organic material evaporated leaving the "white" calcium compounds behind.

Normally i leave my dog turds where they are laid and if you slip trip or splat then so be it.. but with the cold they act like a hand warmer... When I bag them up sometimes I slip them in my pocket and they are nice and warm against my inner thigh!

Exactly. BARF diet is the best. Tiny, hard, non-smelling and they turn white very quickly. Had my pup on BARF from 6m. I'll never feed dry or the like again.

The only problem I have with BARF is that jack is aLergic to many things... The corn that they feed to the chickens before slaughter are making his paws look a purple colour. Looks like we may need to change to beef / lamb until he clears up but a rump stake is costly..

I remember seeing the white stuff years ago. The turds were always firmly shaped too.

The law states if there is a. Bin then you have to use it. Where I walk my dogs is miles away from kids parts houses etc and NO BINS.

I could continue to argue the points but I can't be bothered....

I once plotted a graph, on the Y axis was the reduction in white dog Poo sightings and on the X axis the rise in popularity of Parmesan Cheese in the UK.....

I found minced beef made ours sick. Dead flat rabbits off the road are fine though

+1.
If it's a public place then pick it up even if it is in the middle of nowhere.
I live on a farm, if my dog takes a dump on a field I leave it but if its on the grass, farm track or farm yard I always get rid of it, not just so nobody can stand on it but so if someone runs it over it doesn't splatter there car. I know I wouldn't like it on mine.

Was this because they ate too quick - just gulping it down. Also raw mince is known for worms and other baddies so another reason why they may have been I'll.

Jacks going for a fingers on Monday to have his **** gland squeezed again... Bloody dog I swear he gets like this just for a finger.

We tried different methods, including frozen in his kong. Same result. Now he doesn't get it.
