Even the Coppers where I live believe in this too, as the other day there was a marked cop car at a junction (No blues and twos), not even bothering to indicate his intentions. If the police can't be bothered then I can see why the average driver doesn't bother to either.
To be fair there has been the odd BM driver who I have seen bothered to have the indicator option pack though Must have got them for Chrimbo Presents
