Had fun today....
Wanted to buy a Nokia6310 on "T-mobile".. Was told by over 8 major retailers along Oxford street that its not available......... Well it is. Those staff lost a sale. Why are so many staff not given up to date info?????? Check the new" T-mobile" catalogue. Siemens M50 is in there. When is it available and how much??????? No answer the staff dont know!!!!
Only 1 sales girl got it right... Carphone warehouse kept on telling me it was the 6210 or something I was talking about....
What a mess!!

In answer to your question in the title of the thread, yes I am.
In answer to any sales staff of mobile phone shops, they were probably trying to do you a favour - after all, T-Mobile (expensive re-branding of One to None) is at the bottom of the pile of networks, so if you like poor coverage, poor signal strength, texts that disappear into a black hole and dropped calls, then keep looking for a T-Mobile handset.
It could be though that I'm somewhat biased cos I'm with the market leader, (which isn't Tango coloured)

Hey Matty,
Sorted my T68i out today - getting the promo tariff was like taking candy from a baby. Took long enough to fill out all the damn forms for porting etc but luckily I was first in the shop
Si.
