That's nice, looks like a sport? How much did you get for it if you don't mind me asking?

Just been mooching around looking at Gsi's and found this...
http://www.migweb.co.uk/forums/cars-...si-c20let.html

Some may think it sad, but if I ever came into serious money a mint GSI would be towards the top of my list of cars I had to have in my garage

The first car I wanted more than anything that I couldn't have due to insurance It was a hard lesson to learn as I turned 17....I rang EVERY insurer in the yellow pages and was nearly in tears when it dawned on me I would never be able to afford the insurance costs

Getting insurance was always a PITA back then with no 'caparison' sites to cross reference

That is a very nice nova, I had two when I was younger and were my first ventures into hot hatches. Think he might be optimistic at that price, seen a few c20let powered GTE/gsi ones floating around at the 3k mark

Yeah I thought the same thing...£7k is a hefty price indeed, having said that it does look mint
Its a car itch I never managed to shake, Nova's are my guilty pleasure and think they always will be I think its the square rear arch that's always appealed...I cant quite put my finger on it otherwise

The only thing I'd change are the back brake lights

With you on the lights, was a member of the PNG back in the day and was going to get a Courtney 16v conversion done on mine but bought a different car instead and sold the nova, kind of wish I hadn't and took the plunge, that was 12 years ago now
