Krups coffee machine
Morning people, just a quick question - I've dug out my old Krups coffee machine which is about 10 years old (was about 400 quid at the time) and the measuring spoon is missing... I wanted to start making expresso's, but never used that function before. Question is, do I actually need a measuring spoon, and if so are they all the same size

Even if they're the same size, you need to know what size they are; in order to ensure correct measure.

Here's something that EHow says:
A scoop is essential to ensuring you get the right amount of coffee grounds into the filter for each brew. Many Krups coffee pots come with their own scoop. If you lose your scoop, you can purchase another through Krups or you can use a household measuring cup. Generally, scoops hold 45.4gr. of grounds, and they come in both plastic and metal, depending on how much you wish to spend.
