Watched in 2D and it was really good, the villain is so much better than the first and for that it beats the first film for me. Definitely worth a watch!!

Watched it on Saturday with my two sons as the girls were out in London, so we had a lads night out. They loved it, we all did and in 3D , excellent !
Some quite funny bits, especially prototype 42

No definitely not , only character from avengers is iron man.
The story of avengers get mentioned a couple of times but not the major plot

Watched in 3D too, looked good but I wasn't buzzing afterwards, I thought the first two had better storylines. Thought the villain was very similar to the villain from the last James Bond movie.
Agree with Ben Kingsley being brilliant in it!

Just read that this film has a different director from Iron Man & Iron Man 2.
Might explain the storyline, or the interpretation of it anyway?

The villain is similar how to agent silva in skyfall? I must of missed the bit where Javier Bardem heated his body up to 300 degrees??
If you are referring to him using technology to attack the people then you could say that about so many films as technology is often used in films these days as a weapon. As it is in real life...

It's more of a guy with good intentions turning bad by the people who are saving the world.
