Well have been on these forums for a bit now, but haven't posted anything. So thought I would start with a quick hello. I have been reading projects and there are some awesome motors out there.

I don't currently own a Subaru, but I hope to change that soon.

Any info on what to look for when buying a second hand Subaru Impreza WRX would be grately appreciated. I am wanting to get a blob eye, so not sure if they have any common issues to look for.

Just so you all know what I am driving at the min it an 2001 Ford Focus 1.8 zetec in black. It is actually my girlfriends car, I don't have one at the min

Anyways look forward to speaking to you all and hopefully will get to a meet or two, even if I am in the Focus.

When/if you do get a Scooby, you have DLM on Percy Road in Darlington...Darren, who owns it, did the work for the late, great Harvey Smith.
Not far away you also have Alyn at AS Performance, both can be highly recommended.
