Default Amazon scam emails

Hi all just a heads up there are emails floating about supposedly from Amazon (.....@Amazon.co.UK address) with new about your order but no info, just a link or a zip file. This is a scam or virus not sure which. Don't open it, just check my orders on Amazon site. Amazon are aware, it's on their homepage

I know. I was checking my emails on my iPhone at work this morning. One from Amazon popped up for me. I checked their email address. it was some girl's name with gmail address. I bet she's from Nigeria. Clearly it is a scam, as I bought nothing yesterday from Amazon.

Another I'm receiving about two or three times a week is from delivery companies saying the tried to deliver something to my house but couldn't, again the emails are from accounts like Yahoo, Gmail etc.

I get loads from different banks as well. They aren't even my banks, but they keep telling me that there has been a dodgy activity gone on with my account, and I need to click on a link to see who it is. Well, I'm not doing it, because it's a scam. I know!

Viagra ones have stopped for now, though.

I got the Amazon one, along the lines of "here's an unexpected email with a ZIP file attached, please open it".

Some people really deserve viruses.
