Default Best temp care insurance

I'm picking a car up Saturday and would like 2 days temp cover.

Just wondering who you guys use?

I'm skeptical with who to go for after the news reports of fake companies scamming.

Why not use your own insurer, ask for a temporary additional vehicle. Did this when borrowing a car for an extended test drive, and it wasn;t a company that can offer multi car cover.

Have also had a temporary change of vehicle, where my own car was downgraded to third party cover, and the loan car was placed on comprehensive cover on my policy.
