As for "TSG" Track and street Grampian, They really need to have a look at what there advertising and the name there getting.

There idea of track is a blast up Crail now and again. Driving dangerously in the Inverurie and Aberdeen area.

Stupidly modified corsa's and such like. A lot of them get kick's out of this and i dont understand why, Even the Fuzz dont seem to botherd

Back in the day at Tunstall in Stoke (2003 ish) you would see this happening a lot.

But nowadays . . it's just ****ing stupid. RANT OVER

Kid called Niall Kinghorn's Focus from Inverurie. Apparently a bit of a bellend.
The whole TSG thing was actually and idea from both myself and a friend I've known for years called Daryl. I came up with the name originally to deter the usually idiots that would hang around the beach in chavved up crap. As soon as the site / forum went live and I started seeing who was joining and involving themselves with the site, I just left. Its been running a few years now and they do some events with good turn outs now.

Thing is, with running a club/forum like that it's filled with young'uns (like myself) but the problem is many of them are idiots and don't know how to handle themselves in public. Yes dont get me wrong we are all guilty of having a little tear around at times, but to do it in public in front of everyone is only going to get yourself grief.

Story behind this is the guy was trying to get his 1.6 Focus' manifold white hot and in doing so resulted in this. I still struggle to believe it caught fire out of shear heat. I believe there is most likely and underlying problem such as thrown a rod and the oil has caught fire against the manifold or a fuel leak from a perished pipe somewhere.

Either way its all self-inflicted so only himself to blame.

That's the boy, Couldn't remember his name.

Fully agree with you Dreep, The idea was great but unfortunately it's got a bad following now. Used to hang about a lot at OT (Inver) and Denburn in Aberdeen a few years back ( only 18/19 at the time) Seen some stupid things witch back then wa a laugh , but now makes you cringe.

Beach car park is full every month there's a meet, Have driven past a few time's.
Refused to associate with it to much now, especially in the Impreza, Dont want to be tar'd with the same brush that the minority ruin for everyone. Almost to the extent if a few of them park up at Tesco now at the weekend, make a habit of parking away so it doesn't get that attention or reputation.

Cant understand the logic behind trying to get your manifold white hot??. . Hell yeah . . let's **** our car's!!!

How? I fail to see how being in the wrong car at the wrong time is even remotely similar.

Yeah well, I think everyone who's into their cars in Aberdeen have been down the beach once or twice be it back in the day when there were actually loads of cars (before I was old enough to experience it) or now where its usually mum and daddy and finance fed idiots. Story goes with that kid he took a loan out to buy wheels and a stereo lol.

Thing is its not just Aberdeen, im sure the rest of the UK has the same issues.
