Yikes yea....
I received several e mails from peeps saying that they could make the weekend before or the weekend after but not the proposed weekend of the 30th..so......what shall we do........
Pick a more suitable later date ? which obviously does not coincide with both the Big One and the WCT4 ???
Everything is done....just a date.....
Help ???!!!!

I'm in whatever, later would be difficult as it's close to the NBO which is also a camp for us, but we need a vote from who is coming I think?
Amanda, what you up to week before?

I'd prefer the 31st/1st
The previous weekend (24/25)is Spring Bank Holiday, and the last thing that we want is a bunch of caravans and coaches crawling along the lanes
