Read a thread in Scottish section about the above and the good idea the lad has had..........
basically, everyone let everyone else know what cards they have, and if 2 lads/lasses get a match and win a car they can sell it and split the cash to spend on their scoobs.
You have to match a card with a car on to a particular card with wheels/tyres on (think i explained that right, have a look in the shell garage next time you fill up) and as far as i know there`s no minimum purchase (so you could fill up and pay at £1.50 a time and get loads of cards)
In some stations you don`t automatically get given the card, you have to ask for it so don`t forget

abbylad, this has been running in general since it the promo started. I think there must be around a million tyre cards, and only 1 car card for the winning combo.
still, worth a shot though, but do a search first, you may find your winner!

Are you recognising a pattern yet? 
Basically there are only a couple of winning cards, which are the matches to the ones that EVERYONE has got!
Hardly an equal partenership if you happen to find the winning one

CW, i`m beginning to find out just how sad you are by putting the same things in EVERY thread about this promo. EVERYONE knows there will only be one of each car, you don`t need to keep typing the same thing all the time

Perhaps you have me mistaken with some gullible prat who thinks there is a way of 'winning' such marketing hype!So what the **** are tying to do? The person with the WINNING card wins, the chances of them having NOT having the other matching card tends to ZERO as is evident from the post above!(but get you wouldnt get such simple Maths)

CW: it certainly makes the tedious (and frequent) process of filling up more fun.. my daughter(whos 6) enjoys tearing the wrapper off and seeing what she/I have got 
she is collecting the cards and plays a version of "top trumps" with the car mad boys on the block .. she knows far more real info too.. er cant think why that might be.. er 
It makes me chuckle..
I'd like to think I might get that M3 car.. but like you alluded to; its unlikely..
