Got notice of redundancy today so on the look out for anything IT / Internet / Telecoms related.

Have Sales, Support and Management experience so drop me a mail to rusty@cumbrianscoobs.co.uk so I don't have to sell my Sport

Hi Jon

Gutted for you What a bummer - Whatever you do, don't get rid of your motor because of this. You'll find something really soon, I'm sure.

A few good agencies for contract and permanent IT jobs are:

Spring, Lorien (use online iprofile) and ComputerFutures

All the best - hope to see you and Tia soon.

Thanks for all your support

I'd love to set up on my own BAH, I'm certainly not short of a few ideas Just the timing is not right and I don't have the capital behind me nor would I get funding from the bank

I've got 6 odd weeks to find something before the lump sum can no longer be spent on the Sport (got to look on bright side ) so keep the suggestions coming - some good ones there MissyC

Cheers

Hi Tony,

Polishing my CV this weekend...happy to forward to interested parties

My current role is as manager of a team provisioning broadband to business customers for a UK ISP (Whole function being made redundant due to automation I have helped bring in ) so I have been dealing with Sonicwall Firewalls, and DSL routers such as Alcatel, Westell, Zyxel, DLink, etc and troubleshooting LAN setup with hubs/switches, Servers (Proxy/Exchange/DHCP) and not just MS (Win98/ME/2k/XP) but Mac also....all over the phone (plus the odd local site visit )

what have you got in mind?

Public or private sector? open to either and have previously worked in both

Not sure by what you mean "where"...I would consider Carlisle to Manchester geographically and am looking on Internet and via recruitment agencies...all suggestions welcome
