Hi,
Thanks to Martin for a very well organised day. Really enjoyed it. Nice to see some new faces (and some old ones )
Shame it was a bit on the warm side. Think everyone must have suffered a bit power wise.
I noticed on the rollers that the mesh in the scoop opening that I've used to protect my intercooler was so hot I couldn't touch it.
Not good. It was acting like a mini heater element for the incoming air.
So I've taken it out for now.
Cheers
Rich

Hi Gussy,
I don't think it will be that difficult. One of the runs I did measured 302 bhp.
Not bad considering that I was first on the rollers and the temperature inside the engine bay must have been very hot.
I have just booked on another Well Lane on 23rd November, by then the TD05 turbo and larger intercooler will be fitted and remapped.
If that fails, a blast with a CO2 extinguisher will do the trick.
Thanks to all the Cumbrian guys that made the long trip over. It really was an enjoyable day.
Cheers
