Thanks for Scooby Shootout!
I reckon that Dave Peck and the other organisers and competitors yesterday all deserve a big thanks from us for putting on such an entertaining day yesterday.
I thoroughly enjoyed it and it's nice to see how the standard of fast Subarus has come on in the 2 years since TOTB1. Some really fantastic cars were there yesterday and the efforts of those who prepared them are amazing.
Hopefully SSO3 will be on the cards for next year.
Just thought the guys should all be acknowledged for their efforts.
Thank you all.
Rich

Yup, well done Peccy. Did you organise the weather too? I'm like a bleeding lobster today.
Rich, mate. Worra f'kin quick motor. Glad I didn't try anything stupid in the wife's STi going through Fairburn on Saturday
When's the TOTB3? Is that at Elvinton too? Getting the modding bug...
X, how did you do mate? Was looking out for you to say tara, but you'd disappeared.

Same here Peccy. Cheers mate..
My lad enjoyed it too as he got grabbed by the Straightliners to help with the timing cards.. he was knackered after a few hours in and out the caravan.. but he was right next to the action and had a great day.. free t-shirt as well for his efforts..
Looking forward to the next one...

cheers to all, good day. only slight gripe was someone donutting around in a bmw at the end, site owner saw it and has banned whoever it was from racing at any events there. shame as it puts others in a bad light when everything else went so well.
as for next time, scoobyshootout 2005 will hopefully be on the same bank holiday monday as this time.
Redline totb3 is looming, sunday 1st august. tickets advance £15 adult, via www.totb.co.uk, or on the gate on the day £20 per adult. kids free.
we have an awful lot happening to totb3, in addition to the racing, and have 120 top cars taking part, including the Calder supra, norris evo, RC developments evo, rocket ronnie, keith cowie, fensport cars, plus a few of the ones you saw on monday.
additionally there are vipers coming with 800bhp this time, and a couple of RUF porsches, among many top cars.
cheers
