I thought the stand was very well presented.....
But like most of the stands people where in groups and not very approachable....
Where did you get the big banner/flag things from? and where they really expensive?

hi
i know what you mean about the initial approach, i think it was the same with alot of stands.
I was at the stand for most of the day, and i have to say, that i didnt really meet anyone other than the poeple i had arranged to meet, like the traders i invited on the day.
As for the the flags and banners, we had them all made up, apart from the Durham Graphics banner which was already made up. IIRC, the banner printed up like that will be in the region of £100 to have done normaly.
The flags were my favorite part, i came up with the idea, then set about buying some. Then i got a quote for the whole thing, and they were about £140 +VAT EACH!!!!!!!
So Littlens and i bought the matirials and had them made piece by piece. Lets just say,we got a lot better deal doing it that way. If you fancy something like that being made up, drop me a PM and al pass on the info.
Cheers

we have a plan......
joanne and me were quite dissapointed with the stand, maybe we just expected far to much, but in the rush, things were left behind, and we didnt get off to the best of starts, mainly my fault as well so i cant shift the blame this time......
But, now that we now have a stand, the effort for next year can be concentrated on the display and other things (BIG SECRET)
Already, there is a TTS stand plan in the making, and to my knowlage, its not been attempted before by anyone......
Shame its a whole year to wait till the next one eh......
Cheers
